Stuff worth talking about

I don’t think it’s just executives, but whole generations of us, who have been trained to think, “If you were really good, you could sell anything to anyone.”

And, I wonder if it’s that same sense of pride, which leads otherwise perfectly sane Internet Marketers to promote all manner of weird and wonderful, incomprehensible, value-less products and services? Maybe it is the fear of being thought incapable of what everyone else [says they] can do?

Perhaps, if more people were willing to stand up and say, “Sorry, but I can’t promote this right now …” (until it is worth talking about), they’d suffer far less disappointments online?
