[1] This is something I have only just come across, so I have not yet, had the chance to test it on any of my sites. However, it is pretty simple to understand - because I have already seen the function elsewhere - and therefore can grasp how the concept works.
But, ever the cautious … Check with Google first, rather than putting your account in danger. I do believe what they say about this being OK to use with Adsense, because Google do not, as far as I know, have any objections to the similar function of contextual links (not the same as contextual ads) provided by Clicksor. Also, it is not contextual in the same sense as Google’s, where a machine is choosing the keywords.
With ConTEXT Ad Generator links you give it will be shown for the keywords you provide. What this does is to convert those words into links automatically, saving you any amount of HTML link coding.
Besides that, I think ConTEXT Ad Generator might be a very good alternative to use on content sites that don’t work well with Google, that would otherwise only carry generic and low-paying ads and, of course, it puts those links right in the content where they will be seen.
