Second Chances With Web Projects

Thursday, January 11, 2007 | Permalink |

Following on from the earlier post about getting started, what happens if you launch forth and your idea turns pear shaped?

Mitch Keeler advises that, “Not every Web site launched or project started can be a winner. You might think you have the coolest idea, the best design, and the most wonderful content and it can fall onto the Web with a deaf ear if nobody likes it. So should you abandon that domain and start fresh?”

And adds, “you should never give up because you might find out your second idea will turn out better than your first.”

Which is pretty logical, once you’ve been through the learning process - that you wouldn’t have done if you didn’t try it.
