Search Engine Roundtable say that word comes from the forums that DMOZ - a.k.a. ODP and considered by many as THE best directory in which to be listed - is again accepting submissions for site inclusions in their directory.
Sabahan.com say, “If you have been trying to get your site into DMOZ, now is the time. Obviously the queues are still empty and the chance for your site to be picked is better this time around. You better be hurry as that situation will change quickly.”
