Joe DeSalazar at Foodie blog is starting a series called Cooking for One that, he says, will feature simple, easy to execute dishes that he’s made for himself on any given weeknight, at a schedule of, roughly, once every week and a half.
He’s kicking off the Cooking for One series with a simple pasta dish - smoked paprika rigatoni with sausage and sage - that uses ingredients he had (and you might) have the fridge and in the pantry at the time.
