General Tso’s Chicken

Gung Hay Fat Choy!

Fancy something with a sweet and spicy Asian flavour to mark the event of Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year, if we were to be politically correct) today?

I’ve picked this recipe from Joanne Lutynec at Slashfood, because it just looks so good, but it also looks simple to prepare, with ingredients that you may already have (nothing so unusual that would be difficult to find) and that are easy to divide down to a single portion.

Recipe: General Tso’s Chicken
