Yumsugar have a rather special recipe for Sunday dinner, which, they say, is the recipe that will be offered to the stars tonight at the Governor’s Ball.
OK, so this is not quick or simple, but we have a right to spoil ourselves once in a while too. They also say that it would also make a great intimate dinner for two. And I say that, if it’s that good, who wants to share? 
Yes, you’ll need to divide the ingredients from six down to one, but most can be easily divided or estimated. For everyday, you could always use this as inspiration and make it with a more simplified mushroom risotto.
