Yes, we know the feeling here, but we don’t let it worry us.
You know, “no news is good news” and a fact we learned, while working for newspapers is that, in general, if people don’t say anything, it’s ‘coz we haven’t done anything wrong (yet)! 
For many other hard working bloggers, this comment famine presents a real problem, so celebrity [cat] blogger, Empress Kukka-Maria, has enlisted help from U2 front-man, Bono, in a campaign to “eradicate blogging comment poverty” and put an end to “the devastation that occurs when smaller, third-webbed blogs have few comments.”
