Sandwiches, Panini, and Wraps

Slashfood ask, “Do you think of a sandwich as a meal, or just as part of one?”

Just judging by my own eating habits, in which my lighter meal of the day - generally at teatime - consists of a sandwich, mainly because I have fresh, wholemeal bread delivered to the door daily, but also ‘coz it’s quick, easy and cheap, I’d say that a sandwich is probably considered a full meal by many singles.

That’s not to mention the fact that sandwiches are, of course, the most convenient means to transport a lunch to eat at work. We’ve already discovered that making your own lunch can save you some serious money.

So it can’t hurt to get some creative inspiration to make those sandwiches more varied, interesting and exciting.
