“More men than women take teddy bears to bed when sleeping alone, according to a new study. Some 20% of men admitted to cuddling a teddy, compared to 15% of women,” reports Sky News.
The big softies!
Well, I certainly wouldn’t have room for a teddy bear, or anyone else, in bed with me. As it is, there’s bearly (sic) enough room for me, what with a hulking great dog (we mustn’t forget her “baby”, a cuddly toy of the little Lion King), plus usually, all four cats, a varied number of whom will snuggle up with me under the covers, depending on the weather.
But this is the sub-tropics, you say. Yes, anything less than 20 degrees centigrade will still have the little heat-seekers diving for cover!
