Forums have never really been my thing: this is partly a hangover from the days when we had to pay by the minute for internet access here - that made hanging around to read and respond into a very expensive game indeed - and partly because I really don’t want to be drawn into the seemingly ever present bickering and backbiting that goes on.
Nevertheless, forums should be places where you can learn stuff and interact with like-minded individuals, so it’s as well to know where the relevant ones are. Forums can also be a great time waster, so you’ll want to be selective when choosing where to frequent from this list, but each usually has its own particular slant, meaning that’s the place to go, for instance, when you want information on that particular topic.
