Frederick Fuller writes that his wife died last year and whilst he says that he is not helpless by any means, he has found cooking for one to be a challenge.

Just to make the task a bit more difficult, he is mostly vegetarian, but he did find most Mediterranean and Asian cuisines to be very adjustable. The feature includes some recipes that you might like to try.
