I was recently invited to try a new ad and text link exchange, adgridwork. As I’ve only just joined, I can’t tell you what effect this has on traffic, however it is a simple exchange - you show ads in return for having yours shown on other network sites - and, the ad blocks are of a tasteful design, in various sizes.
The most important features are the ability to target the majority of your ad showings to relevant sites and a targeted audience and, that they come with metrics and tracking tools that give detailed information on the users viewing your advertisements and websites.
