Snapshots of Life with Cheng Leng’ post on Cooking For One, says,
“My Tom Yum-flavoured instant noodles, which is full of preservatives and artificial flavouring, is healthy because it is loaded with vitamin-rich Chinese Spinach. So there!”
Well, no … there’s definitely too many chemicals to really be called healthy, but she does have a point and, semi-healthy, which I would rate this dish as, has to be a lot better than a take out pizza or a meat, fat and chemical stuffed burger, for instance.
At least this would be very quick and simple to prepare and would not take that much more effort to cook and naturally flavor some noodles.
