This photo shows the kind of view I saw last Tuesday morning at 5 a.m. when I was dragged from my bed. The Civil Guard (tho’ there’s nothing civil about that time of morning!) had been round door-to-door telling people to leave and our village was among those evacuated. I left, four cats, dog and all.
